He is personally on site when disposal events occur to ensure that on-site communication is professionally managed, all drums and containers are sealed and intact, and manifest documentation is complete and accurate. Mike has spent many hours getting his hands dirty and saving my company thousands of dollars by such efforts. Once there was a snafu with a TSDF and Mike was quick to jump in and reconcile the problem. He closed every conceivable loop such that when the site was inspected by PADEP, the documentation was clear and satisfactory.
